Huit jours après les attaques des gangs armés de grand ravin et leurs alliés, ayant fait une dizaine de morts et plus de 3.000 victimes, le Centre d’analyse et de recherche en droits de l’homme (CARDH) tire la sonnette d’alarme et propose un plan de prise en charge en faveur de ces dernières avec un plan d’action clair et efficace.
La précarité des victimes
Selon ce rapport du CARDH les déplacés de Carrefour-Feuilles vivent dans des conditions infra humaine dans des centres d’hébergement. En effet, Au lycée national de Carrefour-Feuilles, aucune intervention n’a; jusqu’à date, eu lieu. Déplore l’organisme de défense des droits humains précisant que seulement une organisation non-gouvernementale assiste les victimes en distribuant des plats chauds à 189 enfants, dont 13 nourrissons, 208 personnes âgées, quatre handicapés, trois malades mentaux, dont un dans un état grave.
« Au Gymnasium Vincent, à l’ école municipale Carl Brouard, au collège Leclerc Tertullien et au ciné Eldorado sont logés environ 2000 personnes et près de 500 enfants » a ajouté le CARDH.
Les besoins des victimes
Des matériels d’éclairage, des soins de santé pour différentes catégories de personnes vulnérables dont les nourrissons, les enfants, les handicapés, les femmes enceintes et les vieillards, des kitts hygiéniques et alimentaires, de l’eau potable sont entre autres, besoins urgents de ces victimes, souligne le CARDH. Il réclame aussi un appui psycho-social et une prise en charge spéciale pour un garçon de 24 ans devenu fou après avoir été violé par des bandits.
Les déplacés logés au Gymnasium Vincent beneficient, d’après le CARDH, d’une meilleure attention par rapport aux autres centres où les victimes vivent dans la plus grande précarité et nécessitent l’intervention urgente de L’État en vue de mettre en place un plan de relèvement économique et social à l’approche de la rentrée des classes prévue pour le 11 septembre prochain.
