Tragédie à l’hôpital général: l’organisation APHA dénonce l’attaque meurtrière et exige de meilleurs dispositifs de sécurité
Agissons pour Haïti (APHA) exprime son indignation suite à l’attaque survenue aux abords de l’Hôpital de l’Université d’État d’Haïti (HUEH). Un espace destiné à soigner et protéger des vies humaines, qui devrait rester un espace sécurisé. L’organisation réitère son soutien inconditionnel aux victimes et à leurs proches, tout en rappelant l’urgence de renforcer la sécurité des institutions sanitaires.
Dans son message, l’organisation APHA a souligné les failles des dispositifs sécuritaires actuels. Elle appelle à une refonte des stratégies de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH), estimant que les zones sensibles, comme les hôpitaux, doivent devenir une priorité absolue. Une meilleure organisation des ressources et des déploiements est essentielle pour combler ces lacunes.
APHA exhorte les autorités à agir de manière proactive. Des mesures concrètes doivent être adoptées pour prévenir de tels événements. Une vigilance accrue est nécessaire pour renforcer la confiance des citoyens envers les institutions.
L’organisation réaffirme son engagement à collaborer avec les acteurs concernés. Elle appelle à des actions rapides pour restaurer un climat de paix et de sérénité. Ces efforts, dit-elle, sont indispensables pour garantir la sécurité des populations vulnérables.
