C’est en présence du Conseiller de l’Office des Nations-Unies Contre La Drogue et le crime (ONUDC), Monsieur Adrian Banu, ainsi que du représentant de l’ambassade du Canada en Haïti, que le directeur général de l’Unité De Lutte Contre La Corruption (ULCC), Hans Luidwidg Joseph, a lancé, ce jeudi 29 février, au bureau central de l’ULCC, la deuxième édition de la journée de la Déclaration de patrimoine.
Dans ses propos de circonstance, le directeur général de l’ULCC; Me Hans Ludwig Joseph, a apporté des précisions sur la déclaration de patrimoine dont fait référence l’alinéa 4 de l’article premier de la loi du 12 février 2008. Ainsi, l’ULCC à la légimité et le plein droit dans le processus et la gestion de la déclaration de patrimoine.
La deuxième édition de la déclaration de patrimoine est lancée dans quatre départements: L’Ouest, le Sud, le Nord et le Centre.
En guise de conclusion, les représentants de l’ONUCD et l’ambassadeur du Canada en Haïti ont profité de cette occasion pour parler à propos de la déclaration de patrimoine, qui représente un facteur puissant pour renforcer la transparence et la responsabilité dans la gouvernance.
