Depuis ces dernières 24 heures, un seul sujet est au cœur des débats publics. Il s’agit de l’incendie, par des gangs armés, de la résidence privée du directeur général de la Police Nationale Frantz Elbé, à Santo 17 dans la banlieue de la Croix-des-Bouquets. Et s’il s’agissait d’un montage?
En effet, nommé à la tête de l’institution policière par arrêté gouvernemental en octobre 2021, Frantz Elbé risque de perdre son poste, considérant les évolutions de la conjoncture politique actuelle. Compte tenu de la conjoncture, Elbé ne chercherait-il pas un moyen à obtenir, avec aisance, l’asile politique au lendemain de sa révocation à la tête de la PNH?
Selon plus d’un, la résidence privée de monsieur Elbé devrait être surveillée par une ou deux patrouilles policières. Mais une source digne de foi a confié à la rédaction de Clin d’œil info que seulement trois ou quatre policiers surveillaient la maison au moment de l’action. Aucun riposte n’a eu lieu lors de l’incendie de la propriété.
Toujours selon notre source, un blindé de la Police nationale a facilité le déplacement, le 29 février dernier; suite à l’assaut contre le sous-commissariat de Bon Repos, des documents et matériels importants du numéro 1 de la PNH. Pourquoi cette diligence? Frantz Elbé redoutait-il une attaque des bandits contre sa résidence? Renforcer la sécurité de l’espace et de la zone n’aurait-il pas été plus approprié? Une série de questions qui laissent planer des doutes quant à ce fâcheux incident survenu à son domicile.
Mais, une chose est certaine, que ce soit un film ou une pièce de théâtre, l’histoire retiendra que la maison d’un Directeur Général en fonction a été incendiée par des gangs armés sans aucune perte en vie humaine n’a été recensée, ni du côté des malfrats ni du côté des agents assurant la sécurité du bâtiment de la 4e personnalité du CSPN.
