Haïti-Diplomatie: L’Ex Premier Ministre Claude Joseph met ses détracteurs hors jeu, y compris le Président dominicain Luiz Abinader
Le Secrétariat de l’Ex Premier Ministre et Ex Chancelier haïtien, Claude JOSEPH, dénonce et désapprouve la décision scandaleuse et arbitraire du Président dominicain, Luiz Abinader, lui interdisant d’entrée en République Dominicaine.
Suite à un décret du 8 septembre 2022, par la présidence dominicaine, lui interdisant de fouler le sol dominicain, l’ancien Premier Ministre sous la présidence de Jovenel MOÏSE, Dr Claude JOSEPH, n’a pas tardé à apporter une réponse proportionnelle, et de manière formelle, au Chef d’État dominicain, Luiz Abinader.
Après la réaction du concerné sur les réseaux sociaux disant « recevoir cette décision au nom de Dessalines, Toussaint et de Christophe », le Secrétariat de l’Ex Premier Ministre a qualifié la décision de M. Luiz Abinader d’anti-haïtianisme, dans un communiqué du 8 septembre, immatriculé 006.
« Tout en dénonçant et désapprouvant cette décision s’inscrivant dans le cadre d’un anti-haïtianisme primaire porté par Monsieur Luis Abinader, le Bureau s’insurge particulièrement contre l’amalgame politicien, insensé et inadmissible nourri par le Président dominicain à l’encontre de l’Ex Ministre des Affaires Étrangères de la République d’Haïti », lit-on dans le communiqué.
Une partie du communiqué 006 du Secrétariat de l’ancien Premier Ministre Claude JOSEPH.
La mesure prise à l’encontre de M. Joseph ne fait que jeter du l’huile dans sa lutte contre la maltraitance des autorités dominicaines envers les haïtiens : « Le Bureau voit dans cette mesure, non pas une sanction, mais la preuve qui vient conforter l’Ex Chancelier dans son combat historique en faveur du respect de la souveraineté d’Haïti et de la dignité humaine des compatriotes haïtiens en République Dominicaine », poursuit la note.
Le Bureau du Secrétariat de l’Ex Premier Ministre Claude JOSEPH a déclaré que ce décret pris par le Président dominicain est la preuve que ce dernier est contrarié dans sa mission de faire d’Haïti l’arrière-cour de son pays: « C’est aussi le signe qui indique de manière irréfutable que ce combat déstabilise le Président Luis Abinader dans sa volonté manifeste de faire de la République d’Haïti l’arrière-cour de son pays ».
Toujours selon le Secrétariat de M. Joseph, cette décision n’émane que de la volonté du Président dominicain, et l’Ex Chancelier haïtien réaffirme son attachement à la préservation des relations d’amitié entre les deux pays voisins.
«Convaincu que cette décision visant l’Ex Chancelier Claude Joseph n’engage que Monsieur Luis Abinader, le Bureau réaffirme l’engagement de l’Ex Chancelier en faveur de la construction d’une Haïti à la dimension de sa glorieuse histoire et réitère également son attachement à la préservation des relations d’amitié, de respect et de coopération entre la République d’Haïti et la République Dominicaine », a conclu la note.
Depuis près de six mois, l’ancien Ministre des Affaires Étrangères et Ex Premier Ministre par intérim dans l’administration de l’ancien Président Jovenel MOÏSE, Dr Claude JOSEPH, fait l’objet de vive critique, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux, et surtout depuis le dernier rassemblement de l’organisation politique « EDE » dont il est la figure emblématique. Des personnes l’accusent d’utiliser l’assassinat du feu Président Jovenel MOÏSE et le traitement des autorités dominicaines à l’égard des haïtiens comme une tactique politique pour rentrer au Palais National, ce qui n’est pas du tout vrai.
Selon M. Joseph, le pire dans ce décret de Luis Abinader, ce n’est pas l’interdiction de rentrer en République Dominicaine en soi, mais le fait que son nom figure sur une liste de puissants chefs de gang. C’est la goutte d’eau qui fait déborder la vase.
