Les habitants de plusieurs quartiers de la capitale haïtienne ont vécu une nuit de terreur, sous le joug des gangs armés qui imposent leur loi dans les rues. Boutillier et Tara’s se trouvent aujourd’hui dans une situation dramatique, et leurs résidents lancent un SOS désespéré en appelant à l’intervention immédiate de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH). Face à l’ampleur de la violence, ils réclament une action urgente pour endiguer cette spirale de terreur.
La nuit du 3 au 4 février 2025 a été particulièrement éprouvante pour les habitants de ces deux quartiers. Les membres du gang « Viv Ansanm » ont semé la panique, multipliant les actes de violence. Les résidents sont désormais pris dans un tourbillon de peur et d’incertitude, redoutant que leurs zones ne rejoignent bientôt la liste des territoires perdus, comme c’est déjà le cas dans de nombreuses autres régions de la capitale.
« Je suis terrifié. Si la PNH n’intervient pas rapidement, notre quartier pourrait bientôt être perdu », confie un habitant de Boutillier, visiblement angoissé. « Chaque nuit devient un combat pour la survie, et nous ne pouvons plus attendre », conclut-il.
Malgré les appels répétés des citoyens, la réponse des autorités reste faible. La Police nationale d’Haïti semble divisée, et le gouvernement se contente de déclarations sans actions concrètes. Cette inertie alimente un sentiment d’impuissance croissant parmi les habitants, qui sont laissés sans défense face à la violence des gangs.
Les habitants, accablés, se demandent quand ils pourront enfin retrouver un semblant de sécurité et vivre sans crainte. Entre l’inaction des forces de l’ordre et l’indifférence des autorités, le peuple haïtien se retrouve coincé, pris entre les griffes des gangs et un pouvoir qui semble impuissant.
La situation est devenue insoutenable. Les citoyens de Boutillier et Tara’s, ainsi que ceux des autres quartiers touchés, ne peuvent plus attendre que des solutions durables soient trouvées pour restaurer la paix et la sécurité. Leurs appels désespérés doivent être entendus, avant qu’il ne soit trop tard.
