Les réactions s’enchaînent au sein de la société civile autour de l’installation du Conseil Présidentiel de Transition. En effet, le Conseil Haïtien des Acteurs Non-Etatique (CONHANE) y voit un pas vers le redressement dans l’effondrement total de l’État.
Dans une entrevue exclusive accordée à la rédaction de Clin d’œil Info, le coordonnateur du CONHANE, Edouard PAULTRE, nous informe qu’il accueille favorablement le Conseil présidentiel de transition. À la question de ce qu’il pense concernant des secteurs qui chercheraient à influencer le vote au niveau de la présidence en leur faveur, M. Paultre estime que de telles démarches planeraient des doutes sur le CPT.
« Ce n’est pas un bon signe. Si ces allégations sont confirmées, elles peuvent discréditer le CPT et porter préjudice à ses membres», a-t-il soutenu tout en estimant que le CPT doit, à tout prix, garder ses distances à ces genres de démarches afin de préserver son autonomie, et d’agir en dehors de toute influence.
Réagissant sur les 5 grands chantiers du CPT, le numéro 1 du CONHANE croit que la situation d’insécurité que connait le pays mérite d’être abordée en toute urgence afin de rétablir la communication entre les grandes villes et faciliter, du même coup, la reprise des activités commerciales.
« L’insécurité doit-être le problème numéro 1 à résoudre. Il faut débloquer les axes routiers et garantir la communication entre la capitale et le reste du pays», a déclaré M. Paultre.
Rappelons que les membres du Conseil présidentiel de transition sont investis de leur fonction le 25 avril dernier. Ils ont déjà organisé plusieurs réunions de travail. Cependant, les démarches, pour la formation d’un nouveau gouvernement, n’ont pas encore été initiées.
