Apple a dévoilé, mardi 14 septembre, quatre nouveaux iPhones, une nouvelle Apple Watch et de nouveaux iPads lors d’un événement multimédia virtuel organisé en Californie
Les nouveaux smartphones – l’iPhone 13 mini, l’iPhone 13, l’iPhone 13 Pro et l’iPhone 13 Pro Max – n’incluent aucune modification de conception ou fonctionnalité révolutionnaire, du moins par rapport à l’annonce 5G de l’année dernière. Il n’y avait pas d’iPhone sans port ni d’ID tactile sous l’écran. Il n’y avait pas non plus de ligne autrefois classique d’Apple : « une chose de plus ».
En revanche, d’autres mises à jour incluent un affichage plus efficace, une nouvelle puce 5G et un outil appelé Cinematic Mode, qui ressemble à la fonction populaire du mode Portrait mais pour les vidéos.
Le prix initial des Pro et Pro Max sont respectivement à $999 et $1 099. (L’iPhone Pro Max avec un téraoctet de stockage coûte $1 599 .) Les téléphones sont disponibles en graphite, or, argent et bleu sierra. Toute la nouvelle gamme d’iPhone commencera à être expédiée le vendredi 24 septembre, mais les précommandes débuteront dès le vendredi 17 septembre 2021.
