Lors de son audition, l’artiste a déclaré au Juge qu’il n’avait aucune information sur ce qui s’est passé au domicile de l’ancien Président. Selon ce qui est écrit dans l’ordonnance, le chanteur de Sweet Micky a raconté qu’il se trouvait chez lui, à Miami, lorsqu’un ami qui habite Pèlerin 5, tentait de lui expliquer ce qui se passait.
Michel a révélé au juge que Laurent Lamothe s’était entretenu, ce soir-là, avec le chef de la Police Nationale d’Haiti, dès lors, Léon CHARLES, qui a déclaré: « Il semblerait que c’est une opération de la DEA». L’ancien président a affirmé, s’être entretenu avec le commandant de l’USGPN, Dimitry HÉRARD, qui lui a expliqué que la situation est difficile, car les mercenaires ont pris le contrôle de la zone.
« 45 minutes plus tard, Dimitry m’a appelé pour me dire que le Président est mort, il est sur place», a témoigné Martelly, tout en affirmant que Claude JOSEPH, un prétendu adversaire du leader du parti politique de couleur rose, l’a également appelé, pour tout lui raconter, martelant que tout est sur contrôle au pays, après ce qui s’est passé.
Le juge Voltaire a rendu une décision de non-lieu, à l’issue de son ordonnance de clôture, pour plusieurs personnalités, dont l’ancien sénateur Antonio CHERAMY, dit Don Kato, Reynaldo CORVINGTON, Dominick CHAUVIN, Paul Eddy AMAZAN, Renor FONTUS, Pierre LEANDRE et Prevot MOZART. Selon le magistrat, il n’y avait aucun élément permettant de les relier à l’assassinat du président Jovenel Moïse.
À rappeler qu’aucun membre de l’actuel gouvernement, même l’actuel Ministre des Finances, Patrick BOISVERT, qui a financé, selon les dires de plusieurs personnalités de Droits Humains, plusieurs millions de gourdes pour l’achat d’armes et de munitions pour la compagnie appartenant à Dimitri HERARD, n’a été inculpé dans l’enquête sur l’assassinat du feu président Jovenel MOISE été tué, dans la nuit du 6 au 7 juillet 2021, en sa résidence privée à Pèlerin 5.
Après cette ordonnance, peut-on dire que cette enquête a pris fin ou elle se poursuit?
