Au Ministère de la Planification et de la Coopération Externe (MPCE), les activités sont complètement paralysées, ce lundi 26 août 2024. À l’entrée principale de la boîte, des affiches sont accrochées aux portes annonçant clairement la situation du personnel gréviste. Les portes du ministère restent fermées, et les employés sont déterminés à faire entendre leurs voix.
Cette grève a été initiée par l’Association Syndicale du Ministère de la Planification et de la Coopération Externe (ASYMPLACE). Les membres de cette association protestent contre le dysfonctionnement persistant de l’institution, ainsi que contre certaines décisions récentes prises par la titulaire du MPCE Ketleen FLORESTAL. Selon eux, ces décisions nuisent au bon fonctionnement dudit ministère et compromettent la mission de l’institution.
L’ASYMPLACE a déclaré que cet arrêt de travail se poursuivra jusqu’à ce que les problèmes soulevés soient résolus de manière satisfaisante. Les revendications incluent notamment une réévaluation des récentes décisions ministérielles et une amélioration des conditions de travail.
Cette situation de blocage au sein du MPCE risque de perturber sérieusement les projets en cours et de retarder les coopérations internationales cruciales pour le développement du pays. Les regards sont désormais tournés vers Mme FLORESTAL et son équipe pour une issue rapide et positive à cette crise.
