Haiti-Société: la Mairie de Delmas donne des obligations aux propriétaires des clubs et boîtes de nuit
Dans une note officielle, la Mairie de Delmas rappelle l’importance de respecter les lois concernant les clubs et boîtes de nuit. Cette initiative vise à garantir la sécurité et assurer un fonctionnement harmonieux. Tous les propriétaires sont appelés à se mettre en règle. L’objectif principal est de préserver l’ordre et la tranquillité publique.
Selon cette note, trois documents sont obligatoires pour obtenir une autorisation de fonctionnement. Les exploitants doivent posséder une patente à jour. Ils doivent aussi présenter la quittance du CFCPB pour l’année en cours. Enfin, une vignette d’affichage est exigée pour chaque établissement.
La note mentionne également des règles strictes pour le fonctionnement des clubs. Les horaires d’ouverture et de fermeture doivent être respectés. Les responsables doivent éviter de bloquer les voies publiques. Ils doivent également limiter les nuisances sonores et garantir des conditions sanitaires adéquates.
La Mairie insiste sur l’importance de respecter ces consignes. Le non-respect entraînera des sanctions administratives. Cette démarche vise à maintenir un cadre sécurisé et agréable pour tous les citoyens.
