Haïti-Sécurité : En visite dans le Sud, le Premier Ministre Alix Didier FILS-AIMÉ lance les Cellules Municipales aux Cayes
Le Premier Ministre Alix Didier FILS-AIMÉ s’est rendu, ce mercredi 7 mai 2025, dans le département du Sud, notamment dans la ville des Cayes, dans le cadre d’une mission officielle axée sur la sécurité. Une visite qui intervient dans un contexte de forte préoccupation face à la montée de l’insécurité à travers le pays.
Dans un communiqué publié ce 7 mai 2025, la Primature a souligné que cette démarche vise à relancer les Cellules de Sécurité Municipales (CSM), un dispositif de proximité destiné à renforcer la collaboration entre les autorités locales, les communautés et les forces de sécurité. Portée par le Ministère de l’Intérieur et des Collectivités Territoriales (MICT), cette initiative ambitionne de rapprocher les services de sécurité des réalités du terrain.
Accueilli par des élus locaux, des membres de la société civile et des représentants d’organisations communautaires, le Chef du Gouvernement a réaffirmé son engagement pour une gouvernance de terrain, axée sur l’écoute, la proximité et la réponse aux besoins réels des populations face à l’insécurité. Le locataire de la Primature insiste sur l’importance du dialogue et de la concertation pour faire face aux défis sécuritaires croissants.
Les attentes restent élevées. Depuis son entrée en fonction, peu d’avancées concrètes ont été constatées sur le terrain en matière de sécurité. L’insécurité ne cesse de s’aggraver, les groupes armés étendent leur emprise, et les populations notamment dans le département de l’Ouest continuent de vivre dans un climat d’angoisse et de vulnérabilité.
