Pour les épreuves de la 9ème année fondamentale qui se derouleront du 17 au 19 juillet 2023, les textes d’examens seront disponibles en français et en créole, selon le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle (MENFP). Une révision a été faite également au niveau des coefficients des matières obligatoires aux examens.
Dans un communiqué publié, en date du 14 Juin 2023, le MENFP a annoncé plusieurs changements dans le système éducatif haitien, notamment pour les examens officiels de la 9ème année fondamentale qui auront lieu le mois prochain. Les candidats pourront choisir de passer les examens en français ou en créole. À l’exception des matières portant sur les langues tels que: le français; l’anglais l’espagnol, et
le créole. « En conséquence, deux versions équivalentes aux niveaux syntaxique et linguistique leur seront proposées », a précisé le MENFP.
Des changements ont été apportés également au niveau des coefficients des matières ou disciplines d’évaluation:
Mathématiques /300 points;
Créole /300 points( au lieu de 200);
Français /300 points;
Anglais /200 points;
Espagnol /200 points;
Sciences sociales (incluant l’éducation à la citoyenneté /300 points ( au lieu de 200);
Sciences expérimentales /300 points( au lieu de 200) ;
Éducation esthétique et artistique /200 points;
Éducation Physique et Sportive/200 points;
Initiation à la technologie et aux activités productives / 200 points (au lieu de 100).
Par ailleurs, le MENFP a encouragé fortement l’enseignement de l’anglais, à partir de la troisième année fondamentale.
Le Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle a annoncé aussi que la Direction du Curriculum et de la Qualité (DCQ) et la Direction de l’Enseignement Fondamentale ( DEF) sont chargées de la révision partielle du curriculum en ce qui concerne principalement la révision du tableau de progression pédagogique, en relation avec le programme d’étude incluant les charges horaires de l’école fondamentale.
« Cette décision ministérielle entre en application dès sa publication. » a t-on précisé dans le communiqué.
Selon le MENFP, ces mesures visent à améliorer le système d’évaluation des écoles.
« Il est demandé aux directeurs départementaux d’éducation, aux Coordonateurs de l’enseignement fondamental, aux inspecteurs principaux et de zone et aux directeurs d’écoles publiques et privées, de veiller à la stricte application de cette décision ministérielle. » a conclu le communiqué.
