Depuis la demande officielle du Premier Ministre de facto, Ariel HENRY, à ses partenaires internationaux de déployer immédiatement une force armée spécialisée dans le pays, les réactions sont énormes. Partant de ceux qui voient en cette décision une tentative du PM de facto de consolider le pouvoir, à ceux qui dénoncent une violation de la constitution du pays, ils prennent tous partie contre le déploiement des bottes étrangères sur le sol d’Haïti. Mais, le peuple haïtien reste toujours le grand perdant, puisque la classe politique haïtienne n’arrive jamais à s’entendre autour d’une alternative qui pourrait répondre aux différents problèmes que fait face le pays.
Les faits sont là pour témoigner que les interventions étrangères ont toujours été des épisodes de mauvais souvenirs pour le peuple haïtien. De 1915 à 1934, la souveraineté d’Haïti a été souillée; cela n’a pas empêché au président Aristide, en 1994, de solliciter une intervention militaire; une autre intervention, 10 ans plus tard, sous la gouvernance de Boniface ALEXANDRE, en 2004, résultait toujours d’un échec, le problème de l’insécurité perdure encore. Les casques bleus en Haïti étaient des agresseurs sexuels et ils ont été responsables de l’épidémie du choléra en Haïti qui a fait plus de 10 000 morts dans les familles haïtiennes.
En effet, la demande du statuquoïste Ariel HENRY ne signifie qu’un appel désespéré auprès de ces patrons afin de soutenir son gouvernement qui a échoué à sécuriser le pays, malgré le bluff « tout est globalement sous contrôle », célèbre déclaration du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Jean Victor GÉNÉUS, à l’Assemblée Générale des Nations Unies.
Chaque jour, le pays s’enfonce davantage dans la misère et dans l’insécurité la plus terrifiante. La population fait face à la violence aveugle des gangs et des bandits armés qui opèrent en toute impunité. On enregistre quotidiennement des actes d’assassinat, de viol et de kidnapping. C’est tout le pays qui est menacé, fragilisé et déstabilisé; les dirigeants, qui sont déjà contestés par la population haïtienne, sont incapables de stabiliser la situation. Ils s’accrochent au pouvoir, bien qu’ils soient rejetés dans l’intention populaire, on dirait qu’ils vivent une réalité parallèle de celle que vit le peuple haïtien.
Malgré cette situation de dégénérescence extrême, où nous sommes tous exposés, les acteurs de la scène politique haïtienne n’arrivent pas encore à faire un dépassement patriotique. Ils n’arrivent pas à mettre leurs intérêts de côté afin de stopper le train d’Ariel HENRY, et de composer autour d’un projet de sortie de crise pour soulager la misère du peuple haïtien.
Face à la malveillance de la classe politique haïtienne et son incapacité à résoudre la crise, c’est la communauté internationale, dont la principale mission est de protéger ses intérêts, qui prend le dessus en appliquant son propre agenda.
Fort de tout cela, il y va de la responsabilité du peuple haïtien, la jeunesse en particulier, de prendre en main l’avenir du pays. À la survie d’Haïti, on y croit fermement, car, en dépit de cette classe politique divisée, qui trahit la cause du peuple, ce pays est aussi fait de gens honnêtes, animés par l’héroïsme de nos pères fondateurs pour accompagner le peuple dans le juste combat pour son relèvement.
