Alors que la crise multidimensionnelle s’envenime au quotidien, le Premier ministre Garry CONILLE ne fait que multiplier les rencontres à la Primature près de deux mois après son installation. Les conditions de vie de la population sont de plus en plus alarmantes et le gouvernement ne s’en aperçoit même pas. La population se débat seule avec ses problèmes innombrables.
Alors qu’il avait promis de se mettre au travail, tout en assurant qu’il va délivrer la marchandise, Dr CONILLE ne fait que parler et multiplier les rencontres sans poser des actions concrètes. Le temps n’est pas aux discours illusoires, mais de façonner les promesses.
Dans un pays submergé par la crise socio-politique, économique et humanitaire entres autres, le locataire de la Primature s’amuse à vanter ses rencontres avec tel groupe ou tel secteur. Sans, toutefois, se tourner et aborder particulièrement le problème de la sécurité et le redressement de l’économie nationale, la réforme des institutions et les étapes devant aboutir à la réalisation des élections crédibles, démocratiques, libres à la fin de 2025 comme il est mentionné dans l’accord du 3 avril 2024.
Le Chef du Gouvernement était embourbé dans des luttes de pouvoir avec le Conseil Présidentiel de Transition alors qu’il est appelé à travailler avec ces derniers pour venir à bout du chaos.
La seule action qu’on peut noter c’est son voyage officiel à New-York et à Washington, qui était bourré de rencontres. Garry CONILLE se contente de faire part de chaque rencontre alors que la population attend que le gouvernement s’attaque aux urgences du moment.
C’est une mission délicate et historique que le gouvernement devrait accomplir. Le locataire de la Primature doit s’efforcer afin de juguler pleinement la crise multidimensionnelle, c’est-à-dire la crise politique, sécuritaire, humanitaire pour combler les attentes d’une population qui a tant souffert dans sa chair, ses biens, son esprit et sa dignité.
Entre-temps, les bandits armés continuent de défier les autorités; Garry CONILLE, comme bon oiseau volumineux en chansons, ne cesse de faire des promesses fallacieuses; et la population, la seule perdante, est livrée à elle-même.
