Voilà déjà près d’un mois depuis son installation au poste de Premier Ministre, le docteur Garry CONILLE peine encore à accoucher la marchandise qui est d’abord, rétablir la sécurité dans la cité. Au lieu de mener des opérations drastiques de manière à démanteler les gangs, le Chef du Gouvernement, intervenant au journal du matin de la radio Caraibe, les invite à déposer les armes et emprunter la voie du fialogue.
