Durant trois semaines, les candidats participent à une série d’épreuves mêlant performances individuelles et travail collectif. Au-delà du spectacle, le programme valorise l’effort, la discipline et la capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes.
L’enjeu dépasse la simple compétition. En cas de victoire, elle devra identifier un jeune Haïtien ou une jeune Haïtienne porteur d’un projet structurant et lui transférer l’intégralité de la récompense, incluant un financement dédié. Cette démarche traduit une volonté claire de redistribution et d’engagement communautaire.
Le parcours d’Ariana s’inscrit dans une tendance émergente où les influenceurs deviennent des acteurs sociaux à part entière. Lauréate de la 4e édition du concours d’influenceurs de la Fondation Digicel, elle a déjà bénéficié d’un appui financier de 5 000 dollars américains pour concrétiser un projet à impact.
