Le Commissaire Principal Pierre Rodrigue a été installé à la tête de la Police Frontalière Terrestre (POLIFRONT) à Belladère, sur décision du Directeur Général a.i de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH), Rameau NORMIL. Il succède ainsi au Commissaire Rhaut FRANTZ.
La base de Belladère, située à la frontière entre Haïti et la République Dominicaine, constitue un point stratégique dans la lutte contre les activités illicites et le grand banditisme.
Le nouveau responsable est chargé de coordonner des actions visant à mieux contrôler les lignes frontalières et à répondre efficacement aux défis sécuritaires actuels. Cette stratégie a pour objectif de renforcer la surveillance et de réduire les risques d’activités criminelles transfrontalières.
Le Haut Commandement de la PNH réaffirme son engagement à protéger les citoyens et à combattre le grand banditisme sous toutes ses formes, en plaçant la sécurité frontalière au cœur de ses priorités nationales.
