Haiti-Diplomatie: la Chancelière haïtienne veut redorer le blason de la Diplomatie haïtienne
Le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères a demandé aux Missions diplomatiques, Représentations permanentes, délégations permanentes et postes consulaires de faire parvenir, à la Chancellerie, des informations concernant le personnel diplomatique, les contractuels et les personnes recrutées sur place. La titulaire du MAE accorde un délai allant jusqu’au 25 juin 2024, pour lui envoyer les informations administratives.
Dans une correspondance envoyée aux différentes représentations diplomatiques haïtiennes, la Chancelière haïtienne, Dominique DUPUY, exige aux Missions diplomatiques, Représentations permanentes, délégations permanentes de la diplomatie haïtienne de lui envoyer la liste des membres du personnel diplomatique obligatoirement accompagnée de leurs lettres de nomination et/ou de transfert, ainsi que la description sommaire des tâches et responsabilités de chaque membre du personnel diplomatique.
Ces derniers doivent aussi soumettre la première page du passeport diplomatique ainsi que la carte d’accréditation de chaque membre du personnel diplomatique. Leur curriculum vitae (CV), les copies des diplômes universitaires de chaque membre du personnel diplomatique, la feuille de présence régulièrement signée par les membres du personnel diplomatique pour les six derniers mois, soit de janvier à juin 2024.
Pour les contractuels et les recrutés sur place, le MAE exige la liste des membres du personnel administratif et technique (contractuels et recruté sur place) obligatoirement accompagnée du contrat de chacun d’eux formellement autorisé par la Chancellerie, la description sommaire des taches et responsabilités de chaque contractuel et recrute sur place.
La copie d’une pièce d’identité de chaque contractuel et recrute sur place, le curriculum vitae et les copies des diplômes et/ou certificat de chaque contractuel et recruté sur place, la feuille de présence régulièrement signée par les membres du personnel administratif et technique d’octobre 2023 à juin 2024.
Une initiative qui, selon plus d’un, donne espoir à la Diplomatie haïtienne qui, auparavant, était comme un enfant abandonné par ses parents.
