Plusieurs employés de l’institution, frustrés et exaspérés, dénoncent la mauvaise gestion des dirigeants. Dans les locaux du SNGRS, la situation est critique : des montagnes de déchets s’amoncellent chaque jour, sans que les autorités ne prennent la moindre initiative pour remédier à cette situation. ** »C’est un désastre total »**, confie un employé qui déplore l’indifférence des responsables. Selon plusieurs témoignages, les cadres de l’institution semblent plus préoccupés par leurs intérêts personnels que par le bon fonctionnement de cette entité publique.

La situation ne fait que se détériorer, et si des actions concrètes ne sont pas mises en place, le SNGRS risque de s’effondrer totalement, au détriment de la salubrité publique et de la santé des citoyens.
