Le gouvernement de Alix Didier FILS-AIMÉ ne cesse de faire des promesses non tenues jusqu’à date. Nommé Premier Ministre d’Haïti le 11 novembre 2024, il succède à Garry CONILLE dont le mandat a été marqué par des interminables tensions avec le Conseil Présidentiel de Transition (CPT).
Le Chef du Gouvernement a, jusqu’à présent, du mal à faire ses preuves et à combler les attentes des citoyens.
Lors de son investiture, Monsieur FILS-AIMÉ a promis de prioriser plusieurs domaines essentiels, entre autres, le rétablissement de l’ordre public et de la sécurité considérés comme conditions préalables aux élections générales. Il a souligné l’importance d’organiser des élections transparentes pour renforcer la démocratie.
« Ce gouvernement entre en fonction avec un sentiment d’urgence et de gravité », a martelé le Locataire de la Primature lors de la cérémonie d’installation du nouveau gouvernement.
Le Premier Ministre a également promis la revitalisation de l’économie haïtienne. Cependant, les détails de son plan paraissent flous. Déjà plus d’un mois à la tête de la Primature, son bilan reste faible par rapport à l’urgence évoquée lors de son discours. D’autres critiques émergent quant à la lenteur des réformes annoncées. L’heure n’est ni aux promesses vides ni aux vains discours.
À ce jour, très peu de résultats concrets sont visibles. Les efforts pour appliquer la feuille de route gouvernementale semblent insuffisants. La population continue non seulement de subir l’insécurité mais aussi de crever de faim, sans savoir à quel saint se vouer.
La population attend des mesures concrètes pour répondre à ses besoins urgents. La pression s’intensifie, le gouvernement doit agir rapidement pour éviter de perdre la confiance du peuple.
