Ce 15 février 2025, à l’occasion de la Journée mondiale de la lutte contre le cancer de l’enfant, la Fondation Haïtienne Anti Cancer Infantile (FHACI) réaffirme son engagement à offrir un diagnostic précoce, des soins de qualité et un avenir plein d’espoir aux enfants haïtiens touchés par le cancer. En cette journée symbolique, la FHACI met en lumière l’importance de la sensibilisation, du soutien et de l’accompagnement des familles confrontées à cette maladie.
Le cancer pédiatrique est une réalité difficile à affronter, mais grâce à l’engagement sans faille de la FHACI, de nombreux enfants haïtiens peuvent bénéficier d’un diagnostic rapide et de traitements adaptés. La fondation met un point d’honneur à offrir un accès à des soins médicaux de qualité tout en accompagnant les familles durant ce combat difficile. À travers cette journée, la FHACI souhaite sensibiliser la population aux enjeux du cancer de l’enfant, en soulignant l’importance d’une détection précoce et d’un soutien psychosocial pour les patients et leurs proches.
Un geste symbolique de solidarité
Pour marquer cette journée spéciale, la FHACI invite la population à « colorer le monde en doré ». Le doré, couleur symbole de résilience et d’amour, représente la lutte et l’espoir des enfants malades et de leurs familles. Ce geste simple mais puissant montre l’unité et la solidarité envers ceux qui luttent contre cette maladie.
La FHACI encourage ainsi tous ses supporters à participer activement à cette noble cause, en portant des vêtements ou des accessoires dorés, ou en décorant leurs maisons et leurs espaces de travail avec cette couleur. Chaque petit geste compte pour illuminer la vie de ceux qui ont besoin de notre soutien.
La FHACI invite également toutes les personnes, désireuses d’apporter un soutien financier à cette cause, à faire un don. Votre générosité peut transformer la vie d’un enfant en lui offrant l’opportunité de recevoir des traitements nécessaires pour combattre le cancer.
