La Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ) a lancé, ce lundi 24 novembre 2025, un site internet destiné à renforcer les dispositifs de sécurité publique. Accessible à l’adresse: www.dcpj.gouv.ht, la plateforme réunit les informations officielles sur les évadés de prison, les membres de groupes armés et les individus activement recherchés par les autorités.
Lors d’une conférence de presse, le Responsable de la police judiciaire Justin MARC a indiqué que le portail consolide des données collectées sur plus de vingt ans, incluant des personnes en fuite depuis 2004, 2010 ou 2024. L’objectif, précise-t-il, est de fournir au public un outil simple pour vérifier l’identité d’individus suspects.
« Chacun doit savoir qui est qui », a rappelé l’Inspecteur Général, invitant les citoyens à consulter régulièrement la plateforme. Il a souligné que la vigilance collective demeure un élément incontournable dans la lutte contre l’insécurité.
La DCPJ détaille que le site propose un moteur de recherche par nom, permettant d’accéder aux informations disponibles sur chaque personne répertoriée. Ce dispositif devrait, selon l’institution, faciliter les signalements et accélérer leur traitement.
Le portail met également à disposition certaines données judiciaires utiles, notamment pour les démarches liées à la demande de casier judiciaire.
Présentée comme une étape importante dans la modernisation des outils de sécurité, la DCPJ affirme vouloir poursuivre l’intégration de solutions technologiques, afin de renforcer l’identification et l’interpellation des individus dangereux.
