ONI-Doléances : une innovation pour simplifier les démarches administratives
L’Office National d’Identification (ONI) a récemment lancé ONI-Doléances, un service en ligne accessible via la plateforme DELIDOC https://www.delidoc.gouv.ht/doleanceoni. Ce système innovant permet aux citoyens de soumettre leurs doléances administratives sans se déplacer et de suivre en ligne l’état d’avancement de leurs demandes. Cette initiative vise à moderniser les services publics tout en rendant les démarches plus simples et transparentes.
Grâce à ONI-Doléances, les citoyens bénéficient d’une gestion plus efficace de leurs requêtes, d’un suivi en temps réel et d’une réduction significative des délais de traitement. Ce projet marque un tournant dans la transformation numérique des institutions publiques, facilitant l’interaction entre les citoyens et l’administration.
Pour souligner cette avancée, une conférence de presse aura lieu le lundi 9 décembre 2024. Cette cérémonie rassemblera des représentants du Ministère de la Justice et de la Sécurité Publique, des partenaires institutionnels et la presse. Une démonstration en direct de l’utilisation de la plateforme DELIDOC y sera également présentée.
Avec cette innovation, l’ONI confirme son engagement à offrir des services modernes et accessibles, répondant ainsi aux attentes des citoyens.
