Alors que la crise s’envenime, la population en a ras-le-bol de rester cloîtrée chez elle; le Conseil des ministres refuse encore d’admettre son échec et de dégeler la situation. En effet, dans une démarche de dilatoire, les membres du cabinet ministériel ne se sont pas penchés sur le projet décret portant sur la création, l’organisation et le fonctionnement du Conseil présidentiel ainsi que l’accord politique pour une transition pacifique et ordonnée, deux documents qui leur ont été acheminés, lundi dernier, par la CARICOM.
Selon plus d’un, ces derniers donnent feu vert au Conseil des ministres de valider la publication, au journal officiel, Le Moniteur, les noms des membres du Conseil présidentiel. Cependant, les ministres ne semblent pas se préoccupés de la situation. Serait-ce un fait exprès juste dans le but de continuer à jouir davantage, des privilèges liés à leurs postes? Sinon qu’est-ce qui pourrait expliquer et/ou justifier ce laxisme des ministres ?
En tout cas, le prétexte avancé par ces derniers, selon lequel les documents ont été acheminés aux directions juridiques des ministères afin d’analyser leur légalité, ne justifie nullement cette décision puisque, d’abord, la conjoncture actuelle n’est pas prévue par la constitution. Donc, on ne saurait prendre une décision issue de la loi mère du pays sinon qu’un compromis, comme ça a été le cas pour ces ministres qui refusent d’admettre qu’ils bénéficient d’une situation de fait. En suite, il y a célérité dans l’urgence. Plutôt la crise politique résolue, plutôt les autres problèmes seront abordés.
Malheureusment, dans tout ce merdier que connait le pays, les membres du cabinet ministériel ne cherchent qu’à tirer leur épingle du jeu. Entre-temps, plus ils traînent; plus la situation s’aggrave.
