La Maison Blanche, pour sa part, a affirmé mercredi que la Russie n’avait pas retiré de troupes à la frontière de l’Ukraine, au contraire, elle a ajouté jusqu’à 7 000 militaires aux portes des deux pays voisins, ce qui renforce les craintes d’une invasion menée par Moscou.
